Geography

Davis is located at 43°15'29" North, 96°59'35" West (43.257921, -96.993129)¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.1 km² (0.4 mi²). 1.1 km² (0.4 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics

As of the census² of 2000, there are 104 people, 49 households, and 29 families residing in the town. The population density is 91.3/km² (238.2/mi²). There are 55 housing units at an average density of 48.3/km² (126.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.08% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.92% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 49 households out of which 16.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% are married couples living together, 2.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 40.8% are non-families. 36.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 18.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
