Dawn Courtney, American politician, is a candidate for the United States House of Representatives. She is running as a Republican in the Third Congressional District of Washington. The seat is currently held by Democrat Brian Baird.

Sinclair is one of two Republicans vying for the party's nomination. The primary election will be held 14 September 2004, with the winner facing Baird in the general election on 2 November 2004.
