Corley managed to survive the onslaught and go the distance but there was little doubt at the conclusion of twelve dazzling rounds that Mayweather is the premier challenger for the WBC super lightweight title.
Corley's power was still an issue in the 3rd, when he jolted Mayweather with a nasty overhand left that rocketed off the former two-time champion's jaw.
