Dean Howard from london ( Born: 7.5.1961 SE London) first came into the public eye in the 80's when he joined pop/rock band t'pau fronted by singer Carol Decker just after there first album bridge of spies was recorded. Dean became a pin-up and hearth throb to the female fans of the band and also a guitar icon to the males fans who some were seen sporting his famous hair cut of spikey flat top with short back and sides with ponytail lenght straight hair at the back t'pau were one of only a hand full of bands to have a major hit in the USA before having a top ten hit in there own country of England with the song heart and soul.
