The American soprano Deborah Voigt (August 4th, 1960 – ) is a well known opera singer. She is most famous for her interpretations of the Strauss and Wagner roles, including Isolde, Sieglinde, Elsa, Elisabeth, Senta, Ariadne, Elektra, the Empress in Die Frau ohne Schatten, Salome, Helen of Troy, Marie in Friedenstag, and the Marschallin. Voigt grew up outside Chicago until she was 14, when her family moved to Southern California.
