Everyday as our communities continue rebuilding we find ways to help people get the skills they need to be involved in the recovery, whether it’s going to work in one of the area’s high demand industries or getting prepared to advance to a baccalaureate program.
And, with many of our students still displaced by hurricane Katrina, one in twenty five Delgado students are taking courses online, allowing them to pursue their educational goals from where ever they are, at their convenience.
Delgado and the LTC are helping students get an educational foundation for transferring to a university, but also obtaining skills needed for good paying jobs.
