The Democratic List for a European Montenegro (Demokratska Lista za Evropsku Crnu Goru) is a political alliance in Montenegro. The Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro (Serbian: Skupština Republike Crne Gore) is the legislature of Montenegro.
The Parliament of Montenegro appoints the ministers choosen by proposed Prime Minister.
Parliament also passes all laws in Montenegro, ratifies international treaties, appoints justices of all courts, adopts the budget and performs other duties as setablished by the Constitution.

The Social Democratic Party of Montenegro (Serbian/Montenegrin: Socijaldemokratska Partija Crne Gore) is a political party in Montenegro.
At the last legislative elections in Montenegro, on the 21st October, 2002, the party won as part of the Democratic List for a European Montenegro, holding 7 out of 75 seats.
The Party was founded in 1993 as a merger of Social Democratic Party Of Reformists Of Montenegro and Socialist Party Of Montenegro, as well as some other minor parties in Montenegro, and since its creation opposed war in former Yugoslavia and regime of Slobodan Milošević.
