After this initial successes however, DIKKI failed to elect members in the Hellenic Parliament in two consecutive elections, Tsovolas unilaterally decided to dissolve it. Several party members who were frustrated with his decision went to court over this, and the court ruled that DI.K.KI. legally exists.
