Denis Foley (born May 1934) is a retired Irish Fianna Fáil politician. He was a TD for the constituency of Kerry North. Foley was first elected to Dáil Éireann in the 1981 General Election and retained his seat until losing it at the 1989 General Election to party rival Tom McEllistrim, Jr. He regained it at the 1992 General Election and held it until he retired at the 2002 General Election.
