Since leaving his position as county executive, Rasmussen has pursued interests in the private sector. Rasmussen holds a bachelors degree in economics, earned in 1970 from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. The Maryland State Senate is the upper house of the General Assembly, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Maryland. ...
