Descalvado is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. Its latitude is 21.9/21°54'14" S and the longitude is 47.2/47°36'10" W. The population in 2003 is 30,548 and the area is 757.25 km² The elevation is 679 m.

I was in hospital for hernia surgery and glad to say that everything went well and, in the goodness of God, I am back home again and able to do some little things to help.
As we look back over the year 2007 and remember disappointing moments when there seemed to be nothing for God over the rough track that we have passed, we can see God's mercy and, while some assemblies here lament the fact that they didn't see any saved, others can rejoice in increased numbers.
Here in Descalvado, the oldest assembly in this area, we didn't see much numerical growth, but the lives of some of the saints have changed and we feel that the assembly is now more pleasing to God.
