The Deutsche Bank Championship is a PGA Tour golf tournament that occurs every year on Labor Day weekend. The tournament began in 2003 and is held at the Tournament Players Club of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts. Past winners include Adam Scott, Vijay Singh, and Olin Browne. Other notable players that have played in the tournament include Tiger Woods, John Daly, and Fred Couples. It can be seen on the USA Network (1st and second rounds) and ABC Sports (3rd and 4th Rounds). Starting in 2007, the television coverage will switch to the Golf Channel (1st/2nd) and NBC Sports (3rd/4th). Also, starting in 2007, the tournament will become part of the new major cup race, the FedEx Cup, where players will compete for points in several events at the end of the season.
