Dexter is a city located in Mower County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 333.

The racial makeup of the city is 97.30% White, 0.00% African American, 0.60% Native American, 0.30% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.20% from other races, and 0.60% from two or more races. 1.80% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
