Diana Ross Presents the Jackson 5 was the 1969 debut album from Gary, Indiana-based soul family bandThe Jackson 5, released on the Motown label. Its most successful songs were included on the only single release from the LP: "I Want You Back" and its b-side, "Who's Lovin' You". Many of the recordings were cover tunes, including "Who's Lovin You" (originally by The Miracles) and the Sly & the Family Stone originals "Stand!" and "Sing a Simple Song". The Jackson 5's lead singer was a preteenage boy named Michael Jackson, who, along with his older borthers Marlon, Jermaine, Tito, and Jackie, became a pop success within months of this album's reelase.
