"Different Drum" is a 1967 song performed by Linda Ronstadt (from her days with the Stone Poneys), as well as the name of her 1974 hits album. The song was her first hit single, reaching #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, and was written by Monkees member Michael Nesmith.[1] Boss Drum was The Shamens 1992 album and featured their controversial hit Ebeneezer Goode.
