Image:Digitalpresslogo.gif Digital Press is a website devoted to video games. It was founded in 1991 by Joseph Santulli with a simple goal – to serve as a collection of all video game knowledge. A few years ago Digital Press joined forces with the Classic Gaming Expo – the first (and largest) annual retro video gaming show where fans have an opportunity to interact with the programmers and designers who helped build the industry, as well as chance to re-experience their games. Brief History Digital Press began as a monthly newsletter (which is still published) featuring game reviews and commentary. A series of ‘Collector’s Guide’ books soon followed, and with the increased awareness of the Internet, a website was established in the mid-90s. In addition, Mr. Santulli also created and wrote a monthly article in Tips & Tricks magazine called "Collector's Closet", where he showcased photos of game rooms from players. The column debuted in 2001. After managing the column for over 3 years, Mr. Santulli resigned from his position and the column continued on under another writer. The first Digital Press store was opened last year, in Clifton, NJ.
