The Dilley sextuplets (Brenna, Julian, Quinn, Claire, Ian and Adrian), of Des Moines ,Iowa were the first surviving set of sextuplets in the United States. They were born on May 25, 1993. All but one of the babies were able to go home after a little while; baby Julian had a small injury, but was able to come home after an operation. The babies' paternal grandmother passed away shortly after the sixth baby was able to come home.
