Dimitris P. Kraniotis (Greek Δημήτρης Π. Κρανιώτης) is a contemporary Greek poet.

He was born in 1966 in Stomio, Larissa, a coastal town in central Greece (Thessaly). He has studied at the Medical School of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and lives and works as a medical doctor (physician) specialist in Internal Medicine in Larissa, Greece. He has won a number of international literary awards for his poetry (in Greece, USA, UK, France and India).
