Snorkeler wearing a soft silicone diving mask

A diving mask is an item of diving equipment that allows scuba divers, free-divers, and snorkelers to see clearly underwater. It is constructed so that the diver can exhale through the nose into the mask to prevent the "squeeze" caused by increasing pressure during descent in water. Diving masks have a durable glass plate in front of the eyes and a "skirt" of rubber or silicone to create a watertight seal with the diver's face. A strap keeps the mask in position. diving mask I photographed this This image has been released into the public domain by the copyright holder, its copyright has expired, or it is ineligible for copyright. ... diving mask I photographed this This image has been released into the public domain by the copyright holder, its copyright has expired, or it is ineligible for copyright. ... diving with children File history Legend: (cur) = this is the current file, (del) = delete this old version, (rev) = revert to this old version. ... diving with children File history Legend: (cur) = this is the current file, (del) = delete this old version, (rev) = revert to this old version. ...
