Doctor Light is a fictional character, a supervillain in the DC Comics universe. He is a long-time enemy of the Teen Titans and has lost many battles against them.

The original Doctor Light was a scientist named Jacob Finlay. He used a technically advanced suit to control light in various good ways. Eventually he was killed by Dr. Arthur Light who took the suit and used it for selfish, criminal means. As Doctor Light, he was the founder of the Fearsome Five, and a member of the Suicide Squad.

Another Doctor Light debuted during the Crisis on Infinite Earths; Kimiyo Hoshi was a heroic Japanese female astronomer who was given the ability to generate and manipulate light by radiation released from a supernova. She joined the Justice League and the Outsiders for a time.
