Influenced at a young age by punk rock , Drake soon started expanding his musical tastes and rediscovered one of his first musical loves, The Police. In 2004, dodger had the chance to play to stadiums of 15 to 18 thousand when they play with Britney Spears (Jive) and Skye Sweetnam (Capitol) on The Onyx Hotel Tour after opener Kelis drops off the tour due to illness. dodger grabbed the chance to shock the stadiums ready for bubblegum pop and gave them a taste of their unique blend of rock/reggae to great appeal.
