He studied at Senigallia and later at The Pontifical Academy of Ecclesiastical Nobles, Rome, receiving the Sacred Orders as bishop in Rome, on December 20 1832. After his death, his body was exposed at the church of Saint Eustachio, being buried temporarily in Campo Verano cemetery, Rome. Later, the countess Marcolini Solustri, daughter of the marchise Teresa Consolini in Solustri, took his bones to the Cimiterio delle Grazie di Senigallia.
