Don Nottingham (born 1949 in Ravenna, Ohio, near Pittsburgh) was an American football player who played running back in the NFL in the 1970's and earned a Super Bowl Ring. He attended Ravenna High School halfway between Pittsburgh and Cleveland. His pro-career was spent with both the Baltimore Colts and the Miami Dolphins Although he played with teams that went to five superbowls in the early 1970's Don's career was--though successful--only had one Super Bowl appearance in 1974 playing in Super Bowl VIII. He finished his career in 1978 with close to 3,000 total yards and 34 touchdowns.
