The Doomgiver is the flagship of Admiral Galak Fyyar, a military scientist in the Imperial Remnant; it is similar to a Mark 2 Imperial Star Destroyer, but with several differences- its ventral surface was made of detachable landing pods, its prow was forked in two, and it was specially modified to carry Reborn and Shadowtroopers. It is first seen docked in Cairn Station, an asteroid base in the Lenico Belt. The Doomgiver made its way to the Jedi Academy on Yavin 4. However, Kyle Katarn managed to sneak onboard before it launched. His activities included rescuing Jan Ors, summoning Rogue Squadron, shutting down its deflector shields, killing Galak Fyyar and evacuating before the Rogue Squadron finished the ship off. The Doomgiver is destroyed, but not before several invasion pods can descend onto the moon surface. A flagship is the ship used by the commanding officer of a group of naval ships. ...
