This Order may be cited as the Sunderland (Castletown and Doxford Park) Enterprise Zones (Designation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 27th April 1990.
This Order designates as enterprise zones the areas of the Sunderland Zone No. 2 - Castletown and the Sunderland No. 3 - Doxford Park Schemes which were adopted by the Sunderland Borough Council on 26th July 1989.
The location and areas of the enterprise zones are shown on the plan forming part of this note.
