Dr Norman Bethune Collegiate Institute is a public high school in Toronto, located in the northeast part of Scarborough. It was founded in 1979 and named after Norman Bethune. The school is attended by about 1100 students, most of whom speak a primary language other than English [2], which is the language of instruction at Dr Norman Bethune Collegiate Institute.
