Drama Centre is one of Europes leading Drama Schools - basing it's methods on the Stanislavski method of Transformation. It is based in the centre of London in Clerkenwell and uses the local west end theatre, the Cochrane, for it's third year performances. Drama Centre is part of Central St Martin's College.
The three year acting course is notoriously exhausting and rigorous, gaining Drama Centre the industry nickname of 'Trauma Centre' and is regarded as the toughest actor training in the UK, if not the world.
Previous Drama Centre students include Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Paul Bettany and Simon Callow.
