Drawa is a river in north-western Poland, a tributary of the Notec river (near Krzyz Wielkopolski), with a length of 186 kilometres (20th longest) and the basin area of 3,296 sq. km.
The Drawa National Park comprises of the Drawa and Plociczna river valleys, a large section of the Drawsko primeval forest and thirteen lakes of the Walecko - Mysliborskie Lakeland.
Drawa is a fine place for anyone interested in canoeing or kayaking and hiking, and established trails cross the park.
The Drawa National Park was established in 1990 and consists of more than 11,000 hectares, and a special protective zone of more than 35,000 ha surrounding the Park.
