Dropline GNOME is a Linux desktop environment-based Slackware using GNOME. Patrick Volkerding has turned Slackware into a primarily KDE based distribution, and hence the default GNOME that comes with Slackware leaves a little to be desired. Todd Kulesza, Dropline GNOME's founder, has retired from further work on Dropline GNOME. Dropline GNOME is now being maintained by a small group of volunteers from around the world who build different parts of the system.
