Dry weight may refer to:

  • the weight of an automobile or motorcycle with standard equipment, no motor oil, coolant or fuel and not loaded with either passengers or cargo. This definition may differ from definitions used by governmental regulatory agencies. Note that dry weight is different from curb weight.
  • a biology term that refers to the mass of a soil sample or an object when dried.
