Dudinka (Russian: Дуди́нка) is a town in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. It was the administrative center of Taymyr Autonomous Okrug, which was merged into Krasnoyarsk Krai on January 1, 2007. Dudinka was founded in 1667 as a winter settlement, and was granted town status in 1951. Dudinka is the birthplace of famous Russian poet Olga Martynova.^{[citation needed]}
