"Robo-Duff" in A Sitch in Time

An irate Scotsman and self-proclaimed "World's Deadliest Golfer". Dressed in a traditional kilt and tam, he attacks with golf clubs and exploding golf balls (and, on special occasions, the bagpipes). He is angry and short-tempered, but competent. After an initial scheme to turn the world into one giant golfing green, Duff has generally settled into being a generic muscle-for-hire henchman, often working for Dr. Drakken (although he insists upon being referred to as a partner rather than a henchman). Killigan's home isle is known as "Killigan's Island" (named by Ron).
