They released their first album, “Eski Köprünün Altında” (under the old bridge) in 1999 and second, “Belki Alışman Lazım” (maybe you need to get used to it) in 2002. Both albums achieved great success in Turkey and spearheaded a new generation of Turkish rock bands that reached the mainstream. In 2004, they released their live album, “Konser”. Their fourth album, “Seni Kendime Sakladım” (I kept you to myself) was released in July 2005. Duman was the first Turkish rock band to release a live concert in DVD format (2004).

The album includes the following songs: 1. Bu Akşam 2. Herşeyi Yak 3. Oje 4. Kırmış Kalbini 5. Masal 6. Manası Yok 7. Belki Alışman Lazım 8. Bal 9. Ah 10. Elimdeki Saz Yeter Canıma 11. Haberin Yok Ölüyorum 12. Bu Akşam (acoustic version) 13. Bak hala burdayız (bonus track not listed on the CD)
Many of the songs from this Album also appear on Duman's live CD and DVD Konser.
Most people got to know Duman, especially after their cover of the famous Sezen Aksu song “Herşeyi Yak” was released, but the publicization of the band’s hits date back to at least 2000.
Duman are the only well-known representators of Seattle’s grunge-rock music, -led in the 1990’s by Nirvana, Pearl Jam-, in our country, however with an alla-turca guitars and vocals combination.
From the first appearance of Kaan Tangöze, the leading vocalist of the band on the stage, you could say that he was too “high” to make the audience have a normal music night in the first place.
