Duncan was raised in British Columbia and began figure skating at the age of five with hopes of becoming a professional skater.
Regehr's performing career began in earnest when he undertook several years of acting and studies in Canadian Regional Theatres, moving on to the Ontario Shakespeare Festival where he performed in many of the classics as well as in Broadway fare.
Regehr starred in the CBS series "Wizards and Warriors" and was most recently seen in the role of Pat Garrett opposite Val Kilmer's Billy the Kid in the acclaimed Turner Television Network film.
