Background

Hart was a college music director and Hunt handled promotions for a college radio station when they discovered that aside from The Wire, there was almost no media outlet for avant garde or experimental music. Most of the publications geared towards the college radio community focused primarily on traditional indie rock and pop favorites, while neglecting adventurous music. Dusted was created to help fill that void. The title of music director is used by many orchestras to designate the primary conductor of the orchestra. ...
