Dyssomnias are a broad classification of sleeping disorder that make it difficult to get to sleep, or to stay sleeping.


Dyssomnias include insomnia, Sleep apnea, Narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, hypersomnia, delayed sleep phase syndrome, advanced sleep phase syndrome.
