ESPN 360 is a video content player that can be downloaded from ESPN.com. The program works best with a broadband connection (It will still work even without a broadband connection, but it'll be very slow). ESPN 360 features live sporting events (i.e. World Cup Soccer June 9, 2006) and content from the past night in sports. The entire program is free with no advertisements. Today's Lineup

This area features content from the past night and content specialized for ESPN 360 users. The lineup can consist of news from a few days earlier, but usually gets rid of old content after a week.

This area temporarily features content for the NBA Playoffs. The content can usually be seen on Today's Lineup also. ESPN Shows

This area features programming that was on ESPN 360 and is also the biggest channel on ESPN 360, with over 150 video's currently on the channel.


Dot Comedy

This is the area of ESPN 360 where they show rather humorous video's (i.e. This is Sportscenter ads). This channel usually features around 90 video's. This is SportsCenter is the name of a series of comical television commercials run by ESPN to promote their SportsCenter sports news show. ...


Video Games

This is the last channel of ESPN 360. This channel has nine video games that you can play. There slogan for this area is "The area to play for 5 minutes or 5 hours".


There is also your own personalized section on ESPN 360, called MyESPN (Similar to the website content with the same name).


MyESPN

In this area, you can personalize it so that your favorite 5 teams in sports can have video sent on their latest news to the channel "MyTeam Video's".

My Videos

This is the area where you have all the video's you want but don't get for your Team Video's. There is also a Playlist you can put your video's on.


My Playlists

This is the area where you can save the Playlist you like to MyESPN. The Playlist is at the right of your screen, with X's to remove what content you don't want, or clear all if you want to have a Playlist built from scratch. You can have however many Playlists and video's for each playlist.


My Games

The final channel, this area features any games you want to have so you can get it without going to the games channel. You can have all nine games there.


Now the final part is about the modes of ESPN 360.


Regular Mode

This is the first mode you see on ESPN 360, with the first video on the playlist instantly playing with a video size that takes up most of the screen.


Full Mode

This is where you can put the video on the entire screen and watch it, although there are no other options, this is the only area where you can't adjust when watching.


Programming Guide Mode

This is where you have the video stuck into the upper right corner with the channels of content.


Compact Mode

The final mode, this is where you can put it into a corner and watch video from there. Pin Player works best here, as it prevents it from disappearing from the screen.
