Eagle Bend is a city located in Todd County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 595.

The racial makeup of the city is 98.99% White, 0.00% African American, 0.67% Native American, 0.34% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.84% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
