Eastern Conference (NBA) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (246 words)
The Eastern Conference of the National Basketball Association is made up of fifteen teams, and organized in three divisions of five teams each.
The Eastern Conference playoffs is divided into three rounds, with the winner facing the Western Conference champion in the NBA Finals to determine the champion.
This necessitated the move of the New Orleans Hornets from the Eastern Conference's Central Division to the newly-created Southwest Division of the Western Conference.
Eastern States Conference (378 words)
This year's conference, with the generous support from our colleagues in the pharmaceutical industry, will be held at the Marriott Inner Harbor, Baltimore on May 11 -13, 2006.
We anticipate this year's conference to be educationally rewarding (providing at least 11 hours of continuing education credits - 1.1 CEUs) and provide an opportunity to share your research and practice experiences as well as a great way to interact with your colleagues from the Eastern States Conference.
The conference serves as a forum for pharmacy residents from the Eastern States region to present the results of their clinical research, and provides them with the opportunity to interact professionally with other resident colleagues and leaders in institutional pharmacy.
