Also unusually, easyPizza offers discount rates for pizzas ordered in advance and at off-peak hours, a strategy to improve the utilization rate of their ovens.


Franchises begain operating in early 2006. EASYGROUP, the raft of companies owned by easyJet founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou, is in talks with McDonalds and Starbucks about setting up its internet cafes inside their high street outlets.
Easygroup, which currently has nine cafes in the UK and 24 worldwide, has also confirmed it is in talks with Coffee Republic to buy its 107-site property portfolio, valued at £10m.
