Edgar José Ramos Malavé (born May 6, 1975 in Cumaná, Venezuela) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher who played for the Philadelphia Phillies (1997).


In his brief career Ramos had a record of 0-2, with four strikeouts and a 5.14 of earned run average in 14 innings.
