Edinburgh West in Scotland

Edinburgh West has been a constituency of the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 1885. The constituency was formed by the division of the former Edinburgh constituency. In Edinburgh South, the details of the Scottish Parliamentary constituency (which has slightly different boundaries to the UK one) have been moved to Edinburgh South (Scottish Parliament constituency).
In Scotland constituencies are based on the subdivisions of Scotland, for Wales, the preserved counties of Wales and in England the ceremonial counties of England.
Because there may be constituencies in Canada or elsewhere, past present or future, that clash with UK ones, using the full "(UK Parliament constituency)" disambiguator would give us peace of mind that there aren't any clashes that we don't know about.
