Edmund Grey (26 October 1416 - 22 May 1490) was the 1st Earl of Kent under the fifth creation from 1465 until, presumably, his death in 1490. He was married to Katherine Percy and his heir and son was George Grey (d. 15 December 1505), the 2nd Earl of Kent.
