Encyclopedia > EduLinux

Edulinux is a Linux distribution from Quebec, Canada based on Mandrake Linux. It aims to be a complete operating system, to be simple to use and to offer numerous software packages for educational purposes.


It was developed by Benoît des Ligneris and Jean-Michel Dault with the support of GULUS (http://gulus.org) and the University of Sherbrooke.
