In recent years Qatar has been very conscience in the area of education. Along with the country’s free healthcare to every citizen, every child has free education from kindergarten through college. Universities and colleges from the United States and Canada have been opening satellite campuses, in the country at Education City, Qatar, including Weill Medical College, Carnegie Mellon University, Georgetown University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Texas A&M University and College of the North Atlantic-Qatar.
