Eduard Heinrich Flottwell (1786-1865) was a Prussian politician. He was the over-president of the Grand Duchy of Poznań in years 1830-1840, strong supporter of the Germanisation policies against the native Poles in the region. Next he was the Prussian minister of finance (1844-1846) and the minister of interior (1850-1859).
