EicherMotors has announced the launch of its ‘Terra 16’, which is a 16 tonne tipper.
The company held a press conference in the city where EicherMotors Chief Executive Rakesh Kalra showcased the 16-tonne 147 HP Terra 16 offering gradability as high as 22.5 per cent.

NEW DELHI: Commercial vehicle maker EicherMotors said on Tuesday its net profit has jumped by 78.5 per cent to Rs 10.48 crore for the quarter ended December 2002 from Rs 5.87 crore in the same period last year.
EicherMotors attributed the strong financial performance to growth in vehicle sales coupled with cost reduction.
"EicherMotors' strong performance is reflective of our continued focus on developing application based vehicles to suit the requirements of specific customer segments in both the domestic and international markets while maintaining a constant vigil on our costs," Eicher group chairman and CEO S Sandilya said.
