Goulburn is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales. It was first established in 1859 and abolished in 1991. It elected three members simultaneously between 1920 and 1927. It was recreated at the 2004 redistribution of electoral districts, from part of the abolished district of Southern Highlands and part of the old Burrinjuck and will be contested in the 2007 general election.
