Background

The world of Tokion is dominated by Fogna, an ancient ruin which covered the world with its tentacles. Inside of Fogna was found an egg-shaped mecha which came to be known as Elemental Gimmick Gear, or EGG for short. Leon the sleeper was found inside the first EGG and brought back to the lab, where he slept for 100 more years.

Over time, people produced replicas of the EGG and used them as vehicles. By the time Leon awakes his EGG is considered to be outdated.

Characters

Sleeper (Leon)

Leon is the main character of the game. Leon is his default name, but the player has the option of renaming him if desired. In the beginning of the game, Leon is frozen in a sleeping pod in the laboratory of Dr. Yam. Leon had been found 100 years earlier inside an EGG, in which he had slept for 5000 years.

Dr. Yam

Dr. Yam is the head doctor of the laboratory in which Leon awakes at the start of the game. He has spent his life studying the sleeper.

Selen

Selen works in the laboratory, where she is responsible for caring for Leon. She is the one who allows Leon to leave the lab after he awakes.

Luckie

Luckie is an orphan who lives in the city near Dr. Yam's lab. He is the leader of the gang of orphans.

EGG undoubtedly employs a system that is very reminiscent to the older incarnations of the Zelda games.
