Clive Stanley Efford (born July 10, 1958) is a British politician and the Labour member of Parliament for Eltham.
He unsuccessfully contested the marginal seat of Eltham at the 1992 General Election but was defeated by the sitting Conservative MP Peter Bottomley, by 1,666 votes.
Efford gained Eltham by a majority of 10,182, and made his maiden speech in the House of Commons on June 25, 1997,[1].
